Prior approval through Pet Screening is required for all pets before occupancy.

Qualified service animals are always welcome without deposits or fees.

Veterinary documentation must be submitted through Pet Screening and must include breed, weight, and current vaccination records prior to move-in.

The following breed restrictions apply:

• Pit Bull, Terrier/Staffordshire Terrier, Chow, Rottweiler, Presa Canario, Akita, Alaskan Malamute, Wolf-hybrid, and any mix of these breeds.

Please also note that a $50 lease alteration fee will apply for any modifications made during the current lease term, including the addition of a pet.

No, we do not offer furnished apartments directly. However, we work very closely with a local furniture rental company called CORT, which can assist with furnishing your apartment.
